Junior ECO-Watchers 5 Day Training Week (5th/6th Class Primary Geography Curriculum)

01 – 05 July 2014 (Tue – Sat)
10.00am – 3.00pm daily at the Greenhouse, 17 St Andrew Street, Dublin 2

This one-week course will help educators to gain knowledge, skills & inspiration to integrate practical, hands-on and ready made environmental education activities related to Energy, Waste, Climate, Outdoor & Water education. Participants will also be introduced to Environmental Action Projects. ECO-UNESCO’s approach is learner/child centered.

Each day covers a different theme, as follows:

Day 1: Energy Watchers
Day 2: Waste Watchers
Day 3: Climate Watchers
Day 4: Wild Watchers
Day 5: Water Watchers

This course is also suitable for other environmental educators including secondaryschool teachers, youth workers and educators
