We can eat more sustainably by tapping into local marine resources and reconnecting consumers with their coastal cultural heritage by providing historical Irish seafood recipes.

ECO-UNESCO is joining forces with the Foodsmart team at Trinity College Dublin to bring you our 2020 Foodsmart Dublin workshop series. This will comprise of a series of 5 workshops examining including a foraging trip in the Dublin Biosphere, and a cooking class.
