We want to encourage and support you to submit your wonderful projects so that you can take part.
Your projects will be judged based on your written submission form and EVIDENCE (photos, PowerPoint etc).
The judging criteria is available on our website here.
Please note that:

50% marks are awarded for the EVIDENCE that you submit to support your written work. (See details on this below.
SCRAP BOOKS/ART WORK ETC.
We appreciate that young people work hard to create artistic records of their work and to build display models etc.
There will be opportunities at the ECO-Dens (semi-finals) and at the Final Showcase to display artwork and models (especially given extra space afforded by the new venue this year!
Each project will be emailed it’s own REGISTRATION NUMBER.
If you are a mentor who is entering more than one project, you will receive a registration number for each project.

You will receive a link to your submission folder in the same email as your registration number. You should click this link to open the folder.
The name of the folder contains your registration number and the name of your organisation. Please check that this is correct.
If you are a mentor who is entering more than one project, you will receive a separate link for each project.
In order to submit your project, you will need to open the folder link.
Here you will find a folder dedicated to your project and labelled with your Registration Number.
In this folder you will find:

PROJECT SUBMISSION FORM
- Please read the instructions carefully in PROJECT SUBMISSION FORM and provide answers for ALL FIELDS. Unless specified, all fields should be completed by the young people. The file can be edited by multiple people (even at the same time) and will save as you go.
- Ensure that the PROJECT SUBMISSION FORM is completed by midnight 1st March. After this time, you will no longer have access to your folder.
You will find one file that contains multiple Individual Reflection Forms.
EVERY SINGLE young person registered for this project should fill out one form each. (If you have 6 participants, you should have 6 forms filled out etc)
The EVIDENCE FOLDER should contain ALL THE WORK you have completed for the 6 Steps of your project. This may include photos (eg: including pictures of your brainstorm sessions, planning meetings, flip charts, artwork etc.), videos, press clippings, PowerPoints, audio clips. Anything that you think shows evidence of your work or otherwise supports and enhances your project can be saved here.
Please name each file within the EVIDENCE FOLDER clearly showing which step it relates to.
I HAVE COMPLETED EVERYTHING – WHAT NOW?
All you need to do is make sure that everything you want to submit is saved in your folder before midnight 1st March.
Short-listings will take place within a week of that date and you will then be notified if you are being invited to attend the semi-final ECO-Dens.
