Green Steps is a 6 month full-time training programme (4 days per week) that aims to provide a path to employment through accredited environmental training, a valuable work experience placement and support with seeking employment.
The course is free and open to anyone aged 18-24 years old not in education, employment or training, and seeking to improve their skills and employability.
The programme offers QQI training in:
- Community Development (L3)
- Outdoor Crop and Vegetable Production (L4)
- Work Experience (L5)
The programme includes a 3 month work placement, mentoring, project work, and post employment supports.
